·         All WWF-Malaysia Laptop/computer replacement & Purchase are subjected to TS decision and jurisdictions.

·         TS shall plan all laptop/computer replacement based on their warranty expiry and severity of the devices.

·         IMPORTANT: Any request done verbally, GChat, Email without a ticket submitted will be voided. Hence, please submit your IT purchase ticket via IT Help Desk (click here). User must also include proper justifications along with their proof of supervisor approval and budget availability in the request ticket.

·         All laptop/computer purchase will be done in batch, ie: the first laptop to expire will be included into the early batch.

·         User shall also submit ticket via IT Help Desk for any additional purchases that are not listed under the IT replacement  plan, this may also include peripherals purchase, ie: monitors, printers, projectors and IT equipments

·         Any purchase of IT equipment, computer hardware and software shall require prior consolations with TS

·         All computers, IT equipment and software are the property of the organization and may be relocated and reassigned by TS as necessary with the approval of respective functional HoD
